Our learning method is aimed at developing strong and confident athletes through speed skating.
Whether you're pursuing high-performance goals or skating for personal growth and enjoyment, our program offers a clear and progressive pathway. Each stage is designed to gradually increase training load, technical skills, and support based on the athlete’s age, motivation, and commitment.
BEGINNERS
At this foundational level, athletes focus on mastering the core techniques that build control, balance, and coordination. Skaters use high-boot plastic or polymer skates to develop essential skills and confidence on the rink.
INTERMEDIATE
This stage marks the transition to high-performance training, where athletes sharpen advanced skating techniques, boost speed, and increase endurance. Low-boot professional skates are introduced, setting the foundation for more aggressive skating techniques and greater performance.
ADVANCED
The Advanced level is designed for athletes who are committed to excelling in speed skating and ready to handle more intensive, structured training. This phase emphasizes refining technique, improving efficiency on the ice, and building both aerobic and anaerobic capacity. Athletes engage in higher-volume on-ice sessions, complemented by strength training, mobility work, and dryland conditioning. The goal is to develop well-rounded skaters prepared for strong performances at the regional and national levels.
The Elite level is the pinnacle of our speed skating program, reserved for athletes targeting top performance at national and international competitions. Training at this level is highly individualized and intensive, with a sharp focus on peak physical conditioning, technical precision, and tactical excellence. On-ice work is supported by advanced strength training, recovery protocols, and performance monitoring. Athletes are challenged to push their limits while maintaining long-term development, resilience, and consistency under pressure.
